We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • It must be in the same condition as received, with no signs of pet use, chewing, stains, hair, or damage.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include gift cards and personalized pet products.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Restocking fee: No restocking fee is charged.
